Mind The Gap
Mind The Gap is a national-level sport psychology conference hosted by the Indian Sports Psychologists’ Association (INSPA), India’s professional body for sport psychology practitioners and researchers. As an organiser and speaker (2024, 2025), Keerthana contributed to the design and facilitation of conversations that brought together applied sport psychologists, academic researchers, and practitioners working across youth, elite, and development systems.
 
Para Sport Summit
Through the Para Sport Summit (2024, 2025), organised by TN Paralympic Sports Association and Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT), led in collaboration with The Performance Doctor, Keerthana Swaminathan helped shape dialogue around para-sport, inclusion, and the psychological realities of high-performance pathways.
 
SDAT TASCON
Keerthana served as a panel moderator at TASCON, the Tamil Nadu Sports Conclave organised by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT)- a forum that brings together athletes, coaches, doctors, sport scientists, administrators, and policymakers.
 
ISSP World Congress
At the ISSP World Congress 2025 in Hong Kong, Keerthana Swaminathan presented research across three areas central to her work: integrating evidence-based strategies in goal setting, reflecting on supervision within applied sport psychology, and examining the role of psychological safety in challenge-threat states among Indian adolescent athletes.
